Learn how to combat the always-on, hamster-wheel culture of contemporary life with techniques from breathworker Jesse Coomer.
Jesse Coomer was an English professor suffering from what he called “The Modern Human Condition” – in other words, he was a mess of stress and anxiety. He learned to combat that with breath training and cold exposure, and now teaches his techniques to athletes, the military, and beyond. He’s the author of a new book called The Language of Breath – it’s already out in the US and comes out in the UK in October. He joined Hannah MacInnes to tell us more.
