If you bought a ticket to an event, you can watch the full replay at your leisure. Look out for an email sent via EventBrite with the link. This is typically sent a day after the event but occasionally the turnaround is 2 days.

If you did not buy a ticket to the event, you can still watch a replay by becoming a subscriber to How To +. The service comes with a digital archive of more than 200 livestreams.

The replays of events held in collaboration with FANE Productions do not always include an unlimited replay and are not part of How To +.

Yes you can, by becoming a member of How To +. For £17.50 + VAT each month you can access an archive of our past livestreams, and also register for free for forthcoming events.

At present, we do not offer single tickets for individual replays.

No, our events take place on ZOOM and can be watched on your web browser without any need to download software.

Please note that our Conferences, events co-produced by FANE and – very occasionally – other individual events may run on a different platform to ZOOM.

With occasional exceptions, books ship to UK addresses only.

Books are sent shortly after an event takes place. If you have not received your book seven working days after the event, please contact us following the instructions at the bottom of the page.

Due to the global pandemic a few publishing houses are experiencing problems with their supply chain and books are reaching us more slowly than usual. If your book will be delayed for this or any other reason we will email you in advance to let you know.

How To + subscriptions include free tickets to our livestream events. Subscriptions also include access to an archive of past livestreams and live events and the option to watch a replay of any events you miss.

How To + subscriptions exclude Conferences, Masterclasses, and events produced in partnership with other organisations.

Books are not included automatically with How To + subscriptions but are available at a discount exclusive to subscribers. You can purchase a book at checkout when you register for a livestream event. You can also buy a copy of the book after an event from our partner Primrose Hill Books, by following the link to their store page found in the email we send after every event.
