Dr. Afton Halloran

Dr Afton Halloran is an independent consultant in sustainable food systems transitions and a transdisciplinary scientist, She advises on issues related to food and agriculture, working with such organisations as the World Bank, World Health Organisation, Food Planet Prize Secretariat, and the Nordic Council of Ministers. Afton also holds a research position at the University of Copenhagen Sustainability Science Centre and is the host of the Nordic Talks podcast.
