The Real You – How to Escape Your Limitations

Andrew Parr in conversation with Hannah MacInnes

Whether you want to ask for a pay rise, be in a happy relationship or improve any aspect of your life, Andrew Parr’s simple exercises you can transform yourself and become the successful person you were born to be.

For most of us there is always something that holds us back from achieving our goals. Andrew Parr is here to change that. Following nearly thirty years of practising his unique blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching and counselling, Parr joins us to reveal his E.S.C.A.P.E. Method that has helped thousands of people to break free of their limitations and achieve things they never thought possible.

He will show us that the truest, happiest and most capable version of ourselves is already within us, hidden beneath layers of false ideas that we have all been conditioned to believe over the course of our lives: ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I don’t deserve to be happy’, ‘I don’t belong’, to name but a few. He will show you how to peel back the layers, de-hypnotize yourself of those beliefs and become your best self.

Don’t miss this guide to understanding your fears, overcoming limiting self-beliefs and achieving success.
