Prototypes for The Future: How We Want To Live

Visionary architect Ole Scheeren in conversation with Matthew Stadlen

Visionary architect Ole Scheeren does more than theorise upon the future of how we will live and work in urban space: through landmark projects in Asia and Europe, he creates it.

With a unique, global perspective informed by his decades of travel and living intercontinentally, German-born architect Ole Scheeren has made the investigation of space and the way in which it shapes our lives his life’s pursuit. His projects alter and enhance the way we interact with our cities and generate new social narratives in highly integrative environments.

Scheeren is known for asking questions that push the boundaries of what is possible personally, professionally and physically, in order to discover deeply hidden possibilities within projects that are generally overlooked. He seeks to create spaces that captivate the imagination and generate transformative experiences across a spectrum of scales — from the individual to the urban and beyond.

In this livestream talk, he will share his vision of the future of urban life. Don’t miss this opportunity to discover what tomorrow’s world holds in store from one of the most accomplished and influential figures in global design.
