The New Age of Sexism

Laura Bates

Laura Bates explains how AI is reinventing misogyny – and why we must act now to shape a fairer future.

AI is transforming our world at breakneck speed – but who is really in control? While technology promises progress, it also entrenches deep-seated inequalities, putting women’s rights and safety at risk. From deepfake pornography to biased algorithms and cyber exploitation, the AI revolution is amplifying misogyny in ways we can no longer ignore.

Laura Bates, Sunday Times bestselling author and founder of the Everyday Sexism Project, joins us at The Conduit to examine how sexism is being hardwired into our digital future and what we can do to fight back.

If you care about the intersection of technology, gender equality, and justice, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss. The future is being coded now – it’s up to us to challenge it.
