How to Invest To Save The Planet

Alice Ross in conversation with Paul van Zyl

Your money, and how you invest it, could help solve the global climate crisis. The FT’s Alice Ross is here to tell you everything you need to know.

‘[Alice Ross] presents a salient truth: every investor – no matter how large or small – has the power to help address our climate crisis and build a more sustainable world. Together, we can and must act now.’
— Al Gore, former Vice President of the United States

The world is changing. The climate crisis has given rise to a wave of companies that are developing cutting-edge, technological solutions to climate change; from improving energy efficiency to engineering alternative meat. These companies, part of an increasingly-popular investment segment collectively known as Environmental, Social and Governance strategies (ESG), are helping tackle our environmental challenges and reshaping the investment landscape.

In conversation with social entrepreneur and Chief Creative Officer of the Conduit Club, Paul Van Zyl, Financial Times journalist Alice Ross will reveal why green investing is an untapped opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the health of the planet and your portfolio.

Don’t miss this guide to building a successful ESG investment strategy to secure a positive future for you and the planet.

Praise for Alice Ross:

‘I can’t imagine a more important book at the moment. A detailed, action-oriented guide on how to make our money matter and save us and the planet we live on.’
— Richard Curtis, Writer, Director, Co-Founder of Red Nose Day and UN Sustainable Development Goals Advocate

‘People often ask me what THEY can do to act on the climate crisis. I now have yet another answer. Investing to Save the Planet explains the power you have, through your financial investment choices, to accelerate the path toward a sustainable clean energy future. Read this book and be empowered to create a better future for the planet.’
— Michael Mann, Distinguished Professor, Penn State University, author of The New Climate War
