Inside Amazon: Insights, Stories, Secrets

Colin Bryar and Bill Carr

How does Amazon work? Join us for an insider’s breakdown of Amazon’s approach to decision-making, innovation, and leadership, with lessons to adapt for your own business or organisation.

Colin Bryar started at Amazon in 1998; Bill Carr joined in 1999. They worked as top-level executives in the period when products and services including Kindle, Prime, and Amazon Web Services came to life; a period of unmatched innovation that drove the company to global dominance and still shapes how we live, shop and work today.

In this livestream event, they will offer first-hand insights into the business philosophy that powers Amazon’s innovation and growth. They will explain the leadership principles and ground-level practices that ensure these flow through all aspects of the business, offering a practical guide to “Being Amazonian” which will debunk the myth of the single genius leader and instead share for the first time the principles and practices which have led to Amazon’s success.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur seeking to learn from Amazon’s model of explosive growth or simply want to hear an inside-account of the business story of our age, don’t miss this exclusive livestream event.
