In conversation with psychologist, broadcaster and author Dr Linda Papadopoulos, who has dedicated her career to helping people to develop a healthy self-esteem based on a wealth of experience and research, Katy will both reflect upon on her own personal experiences around the psychology of food and body image and consider strategies to help others affected by eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
